Job Description

CRI Advantage is looking for a Technical Lead/Business Process Analyst/Engineer lead our client, the Department of Defense, in transforming acquisition, financial improvement and audit readiness and meet the rapid and profound changes to the DOD military acquisition and sustainment community. We are looking for someone with eight or more years of experience in one of the following, but not limited to:

Experience of eight or more years in one of following but not limited to:

  • Business Strategy
  • Transformational Change Management
  • Human Resources
  • Business Process re-engineering
  • Project Management
  • Process Improvement
  • Property, Plant, and Equipment
  • Heritage Assets
  • Environmental Liabilities
  • Actuarial sciences
  • Imputed costs
  • Data analysis

In addition to the above requirements, the following are highly desired:

Experience with Business Process Re-engineering and/or Process Improvement;

Working knowledge of Air Force Acquisition Program Offices, especially AFLCMC;

Understanding of Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness (FIAR);

Air Force and/or DoD System Acquisition experience;

DAWIA Program Management certification;

Air Force maintenance experience; Sound analytical skills with familiarity with the following software packages: Microsoft Excel, Project, and Visio; Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and advanced formatting/presentation skills.

Additional Desired requirements:

  • Experience with large and complex organizations
  • Familiarity with Federal Government
  • Experience with analyzing and assessing large volume of data
  • Design and deployment of solutions that support strategic initiatives
  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle based Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
  • Design, development and delivery of training
  • Design and development of reference guidance
  • Knowledge of OUSD AT&L; policies and requirements
  • Familiarity with SFFAS No. 3, 6, 23, 10, 35, and 42; Technical Release 13, 14, and 15
  • Experience with market based appraisals
  • Experience with valuation of long-lived assets including alternative valuation methodologies
  • Experience with DoD Facility Analysis Categories and Real Property Classifications
  • Experience with complex actuarial and econometric models
  • Analyze and assess Environmental Liabilities against accounting requirements
  • Experience with SFFAS No. 5 and Technical Release 2
  • Experience with DoD’s systems for tracking environmental liabilities
  • Experience monitoring remediation of environmental liabilities
  • Assess completeness and validity of imputed cost
  • Experience with SFFAS No. 4 and its interpretations
  • Knowledge of DoD’s heritage assets
  • Assess completeness of Heritage Assets

Academic requirements:

Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college/ university with major/concentration in a relevant field including but not limited to:

  • Engineering
  • Mathematics/Actuarial sciences
  • Real Estate
  • Communications
  • Environmental Science
  • Government and Public Administration

Clearance requirements:

Minimum Interim Secret Clearance with the ability and intention to obtain a Secret Clearance
