Customer Service Representative duties include:

  • Assisting customers with requested services such as arranging hotel/travel accommodations and assisting with ground transportation.
  • Resolving customer requests and questions.
  • Providing transport to customers by shuttle van to and from the airport terminal and local hotels.
Position Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Must possess a valid state Driver's License. Previous customer experience preferred. Previous FBO experience a plus!
