Seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Corporate Recruiter to join a fast growing government integrator. He/she will perform the following duties: • Assist, to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements. • Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling to help identify and source qualified candidates. • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. • Coordinates and tracks all communication with candidates. • Coordinates the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. • Works with Recruiting and HR department to extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy. • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities in compliance with company standards. • Works with hiring manager to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity. • Complies with all EEO regulations and insures compliance with Company’s EEO implementation policies and Affirmative Action Plan.

REQUIRED SKILLS: • 2+ years of recruiting experience • Must have recruited for federal contracts • Performed technical/engineering recruiting • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong initiative and ability to use sound judgement as appropriate in the recruiting lifecycle DESIRED SKILLS: • FAA experience
