Job Description Perform data analysis on various HR functions and programs including: EEO, performance management, retention, recruitment, hiring, and manpower strategies utilizing HR Systems. Assist CNIC HR staff with inputting and tracking Requests for Personnel Actions, and maintain electronic personnel files through various HR systems including Defense Civilian Personnel Database System, HRLink, and Total Workforce Management System. Run ad-hoc reports in support of various HR functions. Assist CNIC HR staff with the development of briefings, correspondence and CNIC policy.

Support the CNIC Interim Performance Management System (IPMS) and IPMS Program Manager in all aspect. Serve as the Command IPMS tool administrator, assist IPMS PM with setting, interpreting, and enforcing performance management policy. Assist IPMS PM with preparation for end of performance year appraisal reviews to include establishment of PARBs, calculating award limitations for performance and non-performance based awards, and training PARB members on policy on evaluating employees for awards and utilizing PARB evaluation tool.

Required Skills - Active Secret clearance.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

- 2-4 years of related experience.

- Ability to create training aids for CNIC personnel, and conduct and coordinate training throughout the performance year.

- Ability to serve as the Command administrator for the CNIC Performance Award Review Boards.

- Experience creating and reporting metrics on monthly and ad-hoc basis for Interim Performance Management System (IPMS) completion throughout the performance year.

- Ability to provide technical assistance for PARB evaluation tool to regional IPMS coordinators and regional PARB members.

- Ability to travel as necessary.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community.
