The Opportunity

Make It Happen and Make It Easy for your colleagues to do their jobs! We are looking for a talented individual that will be the heart-beat of this office. This role will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the wider team to ensure the branch can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The Team Assistant is responsible for the smooth transitioning of duties between Client Executives and Account Managers. Your dedication to providing a high quality service to your team members will be what earns you the respect and in return you will learn from an experienced team of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon. Your days will be full of variety, including reception duties, filing, archiving, and general office administration tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Exposure to working in a professional environment would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in team environment
