To support our growing business, we are seeking an exempt-level Supply Chain Intelligence Business Analyst who enjoys working cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions designed to promote increased efficiencies through the use of information and technology in support of corporate objectives.

What You’ll Do

As Supply Chain Intelligence Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for analyzing business problems and opportunities; recommending methods that may be leveraged to meet customers’ needs; and working with customers, development teams and stakeholders to develop and implement process and system solutions. You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Understanding the business requirements, process and concerns of internal customers
  • Acting as liaison between users and Data Center/Supply Chain Development staff
  • Interpreting user requirements to create detailed specifications for solutions developed by the Supply Chain Development Team
  • Working with development teams and users to spec, develop, test and implement solutions
  • Managing supply chain business projects to ensure on-time completion

What It Takes

This position requires initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with many demands. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management and 2+ years’ of experience related to business analysis. In addition, we are looking for:

  • A proven record of effectively working with matrix teams and maintaining cohesive working relationships
  • A solid knowledge of business analysis processes and ability to interpret user requirements for development solutions
  • An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications.
  • Strong communication skills, including an ability to work with varying levels of an organization
  • Keen attention to detail
