Summary of Duties
Responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed the sales goals laid out in our strategic plan, year on year through recruiting, training, coaching, incentivizing, tracking and maintaining a World Class sales team.
MeetRockefeller Goals (Rocks) for each quarter.
Recruitand hire additional sales people.
Deliverquality information from the sales department
Workalongside customer service and the sales team to ensure 95% of maintenance contractsare renewed.
Developand administer annual performance reviews for all salespeople.
Developan annual sales meeting platform that is sustainable, meaningful and thatcontributes to the development and execution of sales plan.
Maintaina professional work environment for the sales team.
Runand administer sales meetings.
Developand run the sales team budget.Including:
Determineand approve relevant training, overhead and administrative.
Capturecustomer information and analyze for trends.
Responsible for one or more programs/functions of such diversity and scope to be of critical importance to overall company objectives.
Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level employees and officers.
Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution.
Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations having significant impact on extensive and related activities of the company.
Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
Manages autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction.
Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.
