As a core member of ProfitStar’s outside sales team you will work remotely from a home office, and develop relationships and close sales opportunities with both new and existing commercial banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies by leveraging relationships, utilizing face-to-face calls, WebEx - phone presentations and other creative approaches. In addition to your own prospecting efforts, significant leads are provided through internal marketing, joint calling with other company divisions, strategic partnerships and trade show opportunities.
With over 6200 Banks and 6300 Credit Unions in the United States that are potential targets for our product suite, the opportunity for sales to Financial Institutions (FI’s) throughout the US is significant. In the present banking environment, there is tremendous demand for innovative commercial lending products that help FI’s grow fee income, improve loan growth and ultimately significantly improve profitability while managing risk. Our products meet these needs with the top selling solutions in the country.
- This is a remote individual contributor sales position with ProfitStars. Due to growth we are hiring for the Western/Eastern United States territory. The ideal Regional Sales Executive candidate will live in: (West-Greater Los Angeles/San Diego areas, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle/Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, Greater Phoenix area, Las Vegas) (East-Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Cleveland).
Minimum of 5years of successful technology/banking solutions sales experience selling to banks, credit unions and/or non-bank finance companiesand/or commercial lending experience.
Minimum of 5 years quota driven sales experience.
Experience selling to C-Level prospects and clients.
Required travel – 50% to 70%.
A demonstrated proficiency in marketing and cold call lead and sales generation.
Experience working within a deadline driven environment and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships within all levels of the organization.
Ability to network and team with both internal and outside sales organization for the benefit of meeting sales quota.
Professional demeanor, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com, Saleslogix or Goldmine.
Self-motivated, responsible over-achiever with a robust contact list.
Actively prospect to C-Level members of banks, credit unions and non-bank finance companies to gain interest in our suite of products.
Maintain accurate contact management records of all activity in CRM system.
Meet quota of five new product sales per quarter.
Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a robust CRM system such as Salesforce.com.
