ACQUISITION RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Noblis is currently hiring an Acquisition Resource Specialist to support our Intelligence Community customer in Chantilly.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide acquisition and business support
Provide budget and financial assistance to customer
Track commitments, obligations, and expenditure reports of various budget lines to include spend plans, acquisition packages, and support agreements
Assist customer in the process of preparing various purchase requests, MIPRs, and acquisition packages
Assist in the creation of budget plans
Support customer with assimilating and correlating various data points
Must have and maintain an active/current TS/SCI security clearance
Specialize in acquisition and financial areas for Military Intelligence Programs (MIP) and National Intelligence Programs (NIP)
Requires at least 5 years of experience in program control and contract processes
Acquisition and business practice/financial expertise
Experience with financial execution and spend plans
Formal education/certification in financial or program management
DAU program management/SE certifications would be useful
