Your Challenge

As Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementation of trade marketing strategy in Estonia by enhancing demand at the trade through engaging in a spectrum of activities in the market which are mainly below-the-line (BTL) as well as Digital.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing BTL activities for all small domestic appliances categories in Estonia, working closely on plans with marketing and sales team

  • Managing BTL activities aimed at developing engagement with consumers within the store environment - both online and offline

  • Managing BTL supplier base & relationships

  • Generating market insights to be used for development & planning of marketing communications

  • Leading Category Management and shop in shop projects in the country

  • Managing merchandisers & promoters in Estonia

  • Developing or adapting generic TM (Trade Marketing) tools & deliverables like POS, toolkits

  • Managing the training function for all PH categories for distributor teams and shop floor personnel


  • Bachelor degree level in business, marketing or similar

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in trade marketing

  • Good understanding of digital tools related to trade marketing

  • Strong planning and organization skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Mature enough to solve the problems independently and to persuade others

  • Language skills: Estonian (native); English (very good); Russian (good)
