Role overview:

We are now strengthening our Baltics Market Access and External Affairs team with a Market Access Associate who will take specific assignments and projects to support the Market Access team in becoming more dynamic and agile, and also contributing to increase the quality of their work.

The Market Access Associate is a newly created role, and for the right person there is a unique opportunity to grow his/her expertise in the Market Access field with the perspective in the future to take the role of Market Access Manager or Health Economics.


  • To take part of value proposition creation for specific products

  • To propose, drive and roll out all necessary projects and actions to fill the gaps in the value proposition and optimizing the market access situation in Baltics.

  • To support preparation of high quality reimbursement applications, including health economic materials

  • To monitor pricing and reimbursement environment in Baltics, to share insights with the team

  • To liaise within cross-functional and cross-regional teams for health economic studies and real world evidence generation

  • To co-represent the HEMAR function in the CVT-s or other cross-functional teams

  • The Market Access Associate will work closely with our cross-functional Baltic (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) commercial teams, and will also liaise with external partners i.e. Healthcare Organizations, Public and Governmental Institutions.


Experience / Skills:

  • Higher education in Economics / Health Economics or a degree in Medical Science / Social Sciences / Pharmacy

  • Work experience within pharmaceutical market access and Health Economics is an advantage

  • Excellence in project management

  • Experience in gathering and analysing data and info from different sources and combining it

  • A pronounced interest in pharmaceutical business, health economics and market access

  • Team player with the ability to work under own initiative

  • Analytical and with structured and organized working style

  • Strongly performance-oriented with a passion for delivering quality

  • Open mind set

  • Self-starting and proactive

  • Ability to work and take leadership in cross-functional teams
