Philips Junior Marketing Manager in Czech Republic

Your challenge

  • Driving development and execution of local activation plans with given budget, based on local insight collection, analysis and knowledge;

  • Ensuring smooth activation of propositions into the market.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure sales and margin targets are met and propose corrective actions where necessary;

  • Manage SKU portfolio/rationalization/stock/excess;

  • Initiate corrective actions where necessary;

  • Run the annual business planning cycle;

  • Create and execute marketing plans (in line with regional marketing strategy);

  • Own activation budget;

  • Develop market knowledge and consumer insights;

  • Responsible for GFK analysis;

  • Act as prime interface to Regional Marketing manager;

  • Track and share the data related to sales, market shares, margins, local market insights/ share best practices.

We are looking for

  • University degree, preferably marketing studies;

  • Minimum 3 years of business experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing /Instore;

  • Background in fast moving, consumer electronics or retail, preferably within a multinational organization;

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and having profit and loss responsibility;

  • Genuine interest in digital marketing; experience in digital marketing would be an advantage;

  • Proven operational excellence when driving complex marketing projects;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Consumer & Customer oriented mindset;

  • Entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Team player;

  • Fluency in English and Czech;

  • Availability to travel.
