Psychological Health Statistical Data Analyst- VirginiaN/a, VA, US

Job Description We are seeking a Statistical Data Analyst to join our team of Defense personal services experts. The analyst will work closely with Serco’s management team to understand their analytical needs, evaluate key performance metrics, analyze trends and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess both superior technical ability as well as effective communication and relationship management skills.

Specific responsibilities are as follows:

--Work collaboratively with Management team develop the appropriate performance measurement tools

--Develop robust data collect ion and data analysis process.

--Develop Intervention protocols and training material.

--Perform ad hoc and trend analyses to discover actionable information in support of management decision making.

--Leverage business intelligence tools, SQL queries and other tools to develop complex models, dashboards, tables/charts that clearly communicate service providers’ performance.

--Generating reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to clearly document and communicate program performance; and analyzing data to determine compliance, performance trends and problem areas.

--Deliver ongoing training and support to stakeholders (management, staff and clients).

Required Skills --Minimum Bachelors level degree (preferred Master’s level degree) in social services, mental health or health related field and two years of related working experience

--Applicants must successfully undergo a background investigation

--Proficiency in advanced analytical theories, predictive modeling, data mining, and data extraction.

--Experience in clinical and health services research.

--Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.

--Expertise in using various statistical software (SPSS, SAS, STATA, and R).

--Experience maintaining large database.

--Evidence of scholarship in related field.

--Experienced trainer with diverse skills of classroom engagement with multi-disciplinary teams.

Additional Required Skills:

--Expertise with various online survey tools including, but not limited to Survey Monkey and Qualtrics

--Experience working closely with both business users and technical development teams.

--Experience with training curriculum development and familiarity with adult pedagogy.

--Excellent communication skills and experience presenting findings to mid to senior level executives

--Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple priorities with strict deliverable dates.

--Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs in a fast paced, highly collaborate virtual work environment.

--Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems. We also provide personnel services to military personnel, military families, and civilians working for the military. Our capabilities address a wide range of managed services, as well as the complete military lifecycle which includes recruitment, to active duty through retirement.
