*We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Twinsburg, OH. Two to four years previous customer service experience preferred, Associates degree preferred but not required. *
This position provides superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Individuals are responsible for entering orders, resolving product or service issues, following up with customers to make sure their needs were satisfied, and maintaining a steady call volume with little errors to contribute to the overall team efforts.
