  • <職務内容>In this role you are responsible for B2C website management and high conversion web experiences, working closely with the product marketing team and the global counterparts. The position has great influence or direct involvement to the marketing activities of world leading innovative products. The responsibility of this role also includes deployment of the global tool into the market, and supervise the internal stakeholders and agencies to make sure we maintain the healthy website, complying policy and guidelines.KEY AREAS OF B2C website management including usability and consumer experienceCreate marketing programs that go across all consumer products (eg, loyalty programs)Editorial contents creation that position Philips as a health company and increase organic trafficWork closely with data analyst, product marketing team, and agency in order to maximize the conversion rate, visit growth, and overall content quality of the website.Responsible for CMS and product information system operation, driving adoption of new global technologies into the market<応募資格>KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL EXPERIENCESBachelor's degree requiredB2C website management / editorial contents creation experience via a CMS such as CQ5Strong knowledge of web KPI setting and trackingExperience writing web articles or content to drive up SEOAbility to collaborate effectively with English speaking global teams located around the worldStrong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resourcesDigital campaign briefing and activation experience preferredCOMPETENCIESAdobe CQ5 or similar CMS experienceSEO knowledgeBusiness level English, can read and write emailsKPIs% growth in conversion rateB2C website visit growth<待遇>※経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇いたします。
