IBM HR Specialist in SZEKESFEHERVAR, Hungary

The position holder is responsible for the following:I. Professional tasksCollaborate with the Functional Line, co-ordinate the fulfilment of global policy requirements.Handle all of the incoming separation requests from employees and management, handle RA initiations.Send out the leaver info to the relevant parties in time.Obtain all of the necessary local and global approvals. Complete the leaver documentation.Collect all the necessary documents and information from the leaver employees, managers.Organise exit interviews, summarise the collected information and report it to the appropriate functions.Complete, prepare, check and file the obligatory exit documents.Ensure that all of the appropriate documentation is handed over to the leaver employees in a timely manner.Archive the personnel folder of the leaver employees.Ensure internal and external audit conformity and legal compliance throughout process execution.Keep in touch with Legal Advisors on MIS and non-regular cases in order to ensure legal compliance and minimise legal risks.II. ReportingGenerate regular and ad hoc reports required locally or by the functional linePrepare and document monthly/quarterly measurements related to Separations Process. Report the results to the local or functional line.III. General tasks:Actively work on and perform assigned tasks defined by SFV HR Manager or Team LeaderActively participate in assigned HR ProjectsSupport open hours in both locationsResponsible for monthly filing and yearly archiving of Documentation.Responsible for Confidential storing of all HR documentation.Update and keep up-to-date the related process descriptions, desk procedures and flowcharts.
