This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a National Services Coordinator within our Field Services business. Reporting to the Vice President, this role is based at our head office, Macquarie Park. Our environment is fast paced, customer centric, often deadline driven, but always highly rewarding, collaborative and fun, with a strong and dynamic management team leading from the front.
The key objectives of this role will be to provide effective support to Senior Management, Service and Sales Leadership functions within the Field Services team. Day to day activities include supporting each of these roles by proactively supporting them to ensure achievement of key deadlines. This individual will become the go to person for the business and take on a key coordination role for all national administration whilst supporting the leadership team. This role forms part of the Field Services Leadership team. Specific requirements for this role will include but not be limited to:
Provide administrative support to the Management, Sales, Systems and Service personnel as required;
Provide reports and information to Management on various Sales activities and Support Service Operations within Field Services Lead Generation program
Assisting the Senior leadership team with business coordination of such items as travel, events and key meetings.
Reconcile credit card and employee expenses;
Provide timely responses to enquiries and requests;
We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:
Business or Administration or equivalent qualification with previous experience in a senior administrative capacity
Demonstrable analytical ability, with advanced MS Office skills including; extraction, manipulation and interrogation of large data sets, identifying trends preparing charts and presentations
Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM data capture and processing will be desirable.
From a service administration point of view, you will be required to create job numbers on the ERP System (Oracle), produce service reports using excel, follow up on timesheets and any ad hoc activities that ensure the successful delivery of our service works.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills combined with highly developed organisational skills with the ability to become the “go to” person
Naturally enthusiastic you will be highly productive demonstrating flexibility and adaptability with regards to activities, working hours, travel and locations
You will be resilient with the ability to work under pressure, manage and resolve conflict whilst remaining enthusiastic and professional at all times
Ability to maintain high standards and confidentiality at all times is essential
