Oklahoma State University Employer Services Coordinator in Stillwater, Oklahoma

Job Summary:

Provide customer service to employers interested in hiring OSU students and alumni for full-time employment and internships. Manage employer contacts and activities through the Career Services employer database and online recruitment tools. Identify, recruit and enroll new employers to hire OSU students and alumni for full-time, part-time, and internship employment. Lead special projects as requested and assist with other Career Services tasks as needed.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend work. This position requires the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Position Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree conferred prior to or upon start date and one year experience in customer service, public relations, or other equivalent. Superior interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and tools, ability to work within an online customer relations management database.


Master's degree with sales and customer relations management experience.

Starting pay for this position will be $16.90-$18.60.
