Your challenge

Provide internal product and service support to dental professionals in US and sell the Philips Oral Healthcare portfolio to dental professionals over the phone.

Your responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers, offering products in consultative manner, and matching customer needs with Philips Oral Healthcare Portfolio. Outbound Inside Sales Representative will additionally be responsible for up selling and cross selling our products, improving the customer experience, and positively interacting with other departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints. As an Outbound Inside Sales Representative you will be a critical component of the Philips Oral Healthcare sales function to our DP offices.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the product line, and the ability to communicate them effectively to our customers.

  • Provide outstanding support and service to internal and external customers

We are looking for


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or 1 to 3 years of documented sales success in inside sales or B2B capacity.


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees of the organization.


  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
