We are currently seeking a technical talent sourcer that will be responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline through research and internet searches utilizing multiple strategies including: cold calling, online databases, social media sites, Boolean searching on internet portals (Google, Yahoo!), job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals and attending industry conferences. Thetalent sourcerwill also support thetalent recruitersin the candidate recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the corporate recruiting environment with passionate recruiters and hiring managers.


  • Associate's Degree is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in passive candidate sourcing or technical recruiting.

  • Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM Applications


  • Independently develop and maintain candidate flow supporting a variety of job families. Source candidates by utilizing a variety of search methods (i.e. internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, organizations, etc.)

  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline in various job families to support Recruiter work load.

  • Support specified Recruiter by maintaining candidate status in TAM.

  • Administer specified technical/functional tests to potential candidates as directed by Recruiter.

  • Assist the Recruiter in interview scheduling and candidate preparation.

  • Administer Background/Drug tests for potential new hires and communicate results with the Recruiter.

  • Prepare offer letters for potential new hires as directed by the Recruiter

  • Process all new hire employees for HR Administration.

  • Provide full life-cycle support on an interim basis in the absence of the assigned recruiter due to vacation or leave.

  • Utilize and maintain TAM with high level of accuracy.

  • Participate in JHA initiatives and objectives as assigned.
