Philips Digital Marketing Specialist in Sofia, Bulgaria

Your challenge

Will be to develop alongside the digital team from South Balkans a program strategy to manage user experience throughout the customer decision journey and to ensure integration of relevant digital touch points (like, Facebook, Twitter etc.).

Your responsibilities

  • Support the SEE Digital team in the adaptation and implementation of Always On digital strategy

  • Provide feedback for assets adaptation (GDN, Facebook ads and posts, YouTube)

  • Provide input for agency proposals on Google Search keywords and Google ads proposals to make sure they are locally relevant and with high search volume

  • Provide feedback to Digital Services and agency on SEO strategy and proposals (incl. content generation and list with keywords on Bright Edge)

  • Support the localization and implementation of CRM strategy

  • Track the performance of Always On digital strategy via the digital dashboard

  • Manage social media channels (Facebook & YouTube)

  • Work with the digital team and local agencies on the creation and localization of content for monthly posting plans

  • Work with country marketing managers on the creation of social media content that will support the running marketing campaigns

  • Track the performance of social media channels vs. KPIs (engagement, response rate, etc.)

  • Work with local agencies on optimization of Social media channels and content

  • Collect global/district digital assets (social media calendars, videos, etc.)

  • Support the SEE digital team in the website content management

  • Assist in the localization of topic, category or product pages

  • Assist in the localization of banners on

  • Assist in the translation of any website sections

  • Support local marketing managers on the implementation, tracking and optimization of digital PR initiatives Create, analyze and optimize promotional and topic pages on Analytical support to digital team and country Marketing managers:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from Omniture

  • Collecting and analyzing data from Digital Dashboards

  • Supporting marketing managers in collecting data and filling out campaign digital dashboards

  • Assure that the current product list is available on – product pages and pricing SDL translations for – on all categories OLE:

  • To collaborate with retailers’ content teams and upload product pictures, videos, A+ description on relevant ecommerce platforms, in order to drive OLE score

  • To monitor weekly OLE reports and work with local KAMs on ways to improve online stock levels

  • LEADS: To monitor coverage reports from Magellan tool and:

  • Work with KAMs on SKUs not in stock on relevant ecommerce platforms, in order to have the buy button available at all times

  • Work with RO Digital Team and un-publish SKUs that are not currently sold in local markets

  • E-Commerce support in countries where is need it – future release project.

We are looking for

  • University degree/ Technical education is preferred;

  • 1-2 years’ digital related experience;

  • Broad understanding of the web development process & digital technologies;

  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools;

  • Digital savvy & curiosity driven;

  • Detail oriented person;

  • Team player attitude;

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written) is a must.
