Achieve the assigned revenue AOP, OIT and EBIT.
Own the PS operation and business performance
Coaching team member and build cohesive team
Manage and control expenses, such as; T&E, daily expenses, travelling claims, etc.
Monitor and manage the projects progress and budgets
Develop and maintain good relationships with KOL
Develop and explore business opportunities for CS solution products
Leverage with internal and external resource to support project members to handle tough customer or business issues for customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure professional project implementation provided to support the business development.
Develop PS team’s culture building.
Other tasks assigned by team & company
