The Property Marketing Studio Graphic Designer focuses on visually communicating information attractively, creatively and effectively. They own the native files and are responsible for providing form and function to content. They are also responsible for taking the approved premium framework and adjusting it to meet specific property needs. The Studio Graphic Designer ensures files are well organized, links are up-to-date and graphics are at an appropriate resolution for final output.

  • Responsible for the layout, design and production of deliverables for the Property Marketing Studio

  • Provides advice and guidance to assist the Studio Account Manager in educating clients and delivering a high-level of customer service

  • Maintains clean and organized files and adheres to file structure nomenclature

  • Corrects photos and ensures resolution is acceptable; prints internal proofs for reviewing

  • Pre-presses projects and sets up files for production in an organized and effective manner when applicable

  • Attends press checks when appropriate, has solid understanding of printing processes, finishing techniques, paper trends/knowledge, can review proofs and is confident to see project through from start to finish

  • Specs projects with printers and has full understanding of printer language and how to communicate with them effectively

  • Stays current on emerging technologies and applications

  • Sharepoint, Marketplace and CL certified

  • Accurately enters time into Workfront daily

  • Packages and places files in the archives when a job is complete


Bachelor of Fine Arts or Masters of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of five years related experience and/or training.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires ability to do project budgets and cost estimates.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with web design. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Familiarity with MS Excel. Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.


Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.
