Project Manager who will work with partners to deliver best-fit solutions that match business requirements is required. As a Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of client projects through the full software development lifecycle. You will manage multiple, simultaneous projects comprising of the following components: detailed requirements gathering, milestone management, and collaboration with different resources. In addition, your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, detail tracking, monitoring of task completion against schedule, client communications, change requests submission, and written and verbal status updates.
Primary Responsibilities: • Validate customer requirements, manager project scope, timelines, hours, and assumptions. • Develop effective and creative customer solutions with moderate supervision. • Work with teams to deploy custom and configurable solutions. • Build strong and long lasting working relationships with customers. • Lead and contribute in client project meetings. • Lead and contribute in internal meetings. • May be asked to assist in the estimate process by verifying requirements, determining estimated hours, collaborating on scope of work w/assumptions. • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of company as well as industry products and solutions • Drive project timelines and budget to completion and within estimated scope and established production Go-Live dates. • Identify and manage the change order process with the customer should scope or requirements change for an assigned project.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening skills and presentation skills • Proven track record in project management • A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Minimal travel is required • Three to five (3 to 5) years Project Management or Business Analysis experience required. • Client Project Management experience required.
