IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not an IT-type job, but more akin to those who have commercial project management experience.


This position acts as a liaison between CBRE PJM and Account teams to support and ensure success of Local PJMs, and to develop processes for consistent, integrated and programmatic delivery of PJM services.


•Primary client contact for project delivery and assigning resources to projects/programs.

•Develop or augment client processes to increase consistency and efficiency of project delivery.

•Supports project definition and initiation including on-boarding and hand-off to Local PJMs.

•Leads cross-functional teams delivering projects and programs using a formal PMO process.

•Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

•Provides QA/QC on the activity of delivery PJMs to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

•Manages reporting to provide visibility to both project delivery and upcoming project opportunities.

•Manages internal and external fee structures, invoicing and P&L for all project activity.

•Provides strategic support and compliance for both CBRE and Client procurement programs.

•Understanding of Contractual Terms governing the delivery of design and construction services.


•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study.

•Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.


•PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.


•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong organizational and analytical skills.

•Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


•Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

•Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

•Conducts advanced financial analysis.


•Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

•Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

•Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.


•Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

•Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.

•Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.


•Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.

•Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.

•Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
