Money has been around for a few thousand years and represents one of the few truly ubiquitous use cases of technology throughout history. Money’s last major upgrade was about 40 years ago with the birth of the modern credit card. Here’s your chance to disrupt… money.

We are looking for a few great technologists who thrive on being at the ground floor of new experiences and innovation. Our team’s mission is to develop and ship new classes of consumer products. Products that bring in new customers and provide tremendous value for our existing ones.

We are looking for A-players. Technologists who are self-directed and biased to action. Technologists that have great judgment and strong customer focus. Technologists that have a holistic view of not only the specific thing they are building, but the broader context of what we’re building and why. We’re looking for team players.

We are looking for women and men who are motivated by a desire to learn new and powerful technologies on the job. We are a full stack, multi-platform team, building on top of new and powerful technologies. iOS (Swift), Android, Web (JavaScript & Angular), Node.js, Elastic Search, AWS, Jenkins, Selenium, Appium and more. If you are an expert iOS developer, or have a strong desire to learn, our team would be a great fit for you.

What makes our mission possible and sets Capital One apart from other financial services companies, is our transformation from a bank into a technology company. We now have the critical mass of talent and ambition to see this transition through. This is a great time to be working in FinTech. This is a great time to join the Digital team at Capital One.
