Job Summary

This position shall provide program management support for the Data Relationship Management (DRM) program by establishing a governance council to coordinate activities and prioritize initiatives. This resource will work closely with other members of DRM team onsite and offshore resources and is expected to be hands-on functional and configuration expert. Duties include responsibility for maintenance of metadata and hierarchies for all the business units and also help test in various phases of testing. This resource will ensure all DRM metadata and Hierarchies are updated /created accurately and any business facing issues for both upstream/downstream are resolved accurately and the system is functioning to defined requirement specifications. The resource will work with ISA technology to resolve file transmission, batch issues and other technical issues.

Major Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for a leadership role in the development of the governance council for the Data Relationship Management (DRM) program:

 Setup and manage the Business Governance council

 Coordinate various activities such as updating data hierarchies.

 Identify key stakeholders, owners of hierarchies and reference data supported in DRM.

 Gain stakeholders commitment and support.

 Identify future stakeholders of DRM application.

 Acting as liaison between ISA Technology team and stakeholders, including escalation, resolution, and mitigation systems issues affecting data integrity.

 Design, test and implement changes in production environment consisting of PeopleSoft GL, Hyperion, and other related applications.

 Develop, maintain, and enhance the integration process that imports distinct hierarchies from various enterprise sources into DRM.

 Developed and maintain validations and verifications to protect the integrity of the metadata during the daily updating of hierarchies.

 Maintain and enhance property definitions in DRM to support Hyperion and OFSAA modules.

 Develop and implement strategies to improve and re-engineer processes to increase cost efficiencies and improve delivery times to market and improve SLA's.

 Coach, counsel and develop managers and supervisory staff, i.e. hiring and training staff, prepare and conduct performance appraisals, and preparation and implementation of new and updated policies and procedures.

 Create consolidated hierarchies which support various systems in bank, as required.

 Ensure entire process is compliant to all bank policies and regulations and that staff efforts are integrated and aligned with ISA objectives, system integrity, stakeholder activities and objectives.

 Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all regulatory and information security compliance policies and procedures.

 Actively participate in any required Compliance Training.


• 3-5 years of experience in related position required.

• Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion DRM and MDM platform pertaining to metadata, hierarchies, and versions, including the configuration setup related to Hyperion and Peoplesoft

• Working knowledge to integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems.

• Working knowledge of interfaces between DRM and other applications

• Understanding of development, testing, and implementation in multi-technology landscape

• Strong ability to manage process, accountability and quality control to deliver customer excellence.

• Strong Project skills are essential and the ability to multitask in order to support multiple projects.

• PC knowledge of various software programs, including MS Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Requires outstanding communication skills; ability to deliver presentations to all levels of bank management as well as represent the Bank in internal and external speaking engagements.

• Excellent verbal and written skills required.

• Professionalism to interact effectively with all levels of Bank Management and a diverse base of customers is required
