The Program Specialist supports designated program(s) in coordination with Organizational Development consultants/ Program Managers. Duties include:

• Coordinate and manage team-level and across line of business projects

• Conduct research, data analysis, and compilation in multiple formats

• Performs complex input, changes, tracking and reporting functions in SABA Learning Management System


• Monitors designated email boxes responding, processing, and escalating as necessary

• Designs and maintains intranet and internet sites as needed

• Contributes to delivery of programs as necessary including scheduling, materials, and reporting

• Arrange event related activities including sourcing, reservations, requirements, contracts, and


• Performs complex administrative duties

• Maintains department shared drive document storage, clean up, and organization

• Designs, develops, prepares, and distributes reports

• Responsible for running standardized processes and reporting

• Develops processes and procedures to improve efficiencies within the function

Internal / External Relationships

• Manage relationships with partners throughout the organization

• Supports and coordinates activities with ODL leadership team

• Works directly with MUFG Corporate Communications., Security, Procurement, Facilities, Brand, Marketing, and Human Resources partners

• External vendors (facilities, parking, catering, hotels, supplies, etc.)

• Cultivates and manages industry and function related partnerships

College degree or equivalent professional experience including:

• 2 years of program coordination experience preferred

• 1 year of related program experience preferred

• 1 year of experience in strategy and program development and support preferred

• 1 year WebEx meeting and training facilitation experience preferred

• Detail oriented and analytical thinking preferred

• Strong work ethic, decision making ability, and ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

• Knowledge of banking and financial services preferred

• Extensive knowledge of and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to communicate with senior leaders verbally and in written communication

• Experience working with other functions of the bank to maximize partnerships and cross-functional processes

• Deep knowledge of program related topics, studies, resources, websites, white papers, and related organizations
