Job Description: As a Technology Consulting ERP Senior Manager, you'll often be:
Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling business transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current stat to a "to-be" enterprise environment.
Advising organizations on how to pivot to the "New IT", enabling flexibility and adaptability within our client organizations through Agile and Multi-Speed IT.
Leading Assessment and Design efforts to propose new finance operationg models and process. Conducting analysis of existing finance operations to propose fact-based opportunities and recommended solutions based on similar experiences.
Applying leading practice around process, organization and technology design across all core finance areas: Record-to-Report (RIR), Procure-to-Pay(PIP), Order-to-Cash (OIC). Leading larger project teams (10-20 consulting resources) on Assessment, Design and Developing strong client executive relationships at the C level and below.
Ability to work in a global environment within a highly diverse and multi-cultural workforce. Being responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and overall revenue and profit objectives.
Providing appropriate business measurements for your project, according to the project charter. Working with client and our go-to-market teams to provide through leadership in devising state-of-the art Financial solutions for our clients. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of finance transformation experience with specific expertise in E-Business Suite gained with a leading international consulting firms.
Proven track record in delivery Oracle E-Business Suite projects (8 years of experience) In depth understanding of Oracle’s capabilities and the client’s business to enable you to bring innovative ideas to help the client improve performance .
Deep consulting expertise with Finance and Accounting functions, e.g., Accounts Payable, Procurement, General Ledger.
Proven sales ability including the development of new business and building upon existing client relationships.
Prior consulting experience leading large, complex change efforts in finance transformation for Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure and Travel industries.
Deep experience within one or more of the Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure and Travel industries.
CPA, CFA, CA, MBA, CMA or experience as an accountant.
Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
An ability to identify opportunities based on your deep understanding of our offerings and our client’s issues.
Experience managing large teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change.
Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
Passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud.
