*A Full Time Day Shift LPN is needed for the * *Oncology Unit with LewisGale Hospital in Salem! *

*QUALIFICATIONS * One of the following: 1. Licensed Practical Nurse License issued by the Department of Health Professions, Commonwealth of Virginia 2. Licensed Practical Nurse with “multi-state privilege" granted to them by virtue of holding a license in one of the states participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact Agreement and who has not established permanent residency in Virginia. BLS, Basic Life Support Certification from one of the following: 1. American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider 2. The Military Training Network (MTN) BLS for Healthcare Provider 3. American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers 4. American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) G2010 CPR Pro for the Professional Rescuer
