Role Purpose

Provide routine and advanced diagnostic/assessment responsibilities in respiratory care. To provide all therapeutic and educational responsibilities.


  • Provides routine and advanced respiratory care to patients. Makes rounds on assigned patients.

  • Documents care provided to patients following the plan of care.

  • Instructs patients and family members on respiratory treatments and procedures.

  • Participates in the education of students.

Minimum Requirements


  • Associate's Degree

    • Respiratory Therapy


  • No Experience

Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience

Licenses & Certifications

  • BCLS

  • Respiratory Care Practitioner

  • RRT

Preferred Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree
