Responsible for assisting with the delivery and implementation of Child Health Advocacy and Outreach programs (specializing in one or more), and to assist the department with internal and external communications (including website maintenance, articles, brochures, etc), and to engage in customer service surveying and other data collection and reporting.
Assists in the design, development and implementation of internal and external communications on behalf of and in support of the program.
Serves as liaison to the organization's communications staff regarding the program's publicity and communications.
Assists with the delivery and implementation of the outreach programs, specializing in one or more programs.
Conducts satisfaction surveys, maintains databases, and provides monthly reporting of data, including analysis of trends and outcomes.
Maintains responsibility for community benefit reporting.
