Responsible for managing the Concierge and Information services programs which provides specialize concierge services to patients and customers.
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Analyzes patient/guest feedback and provides strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Coordinates and manages communication between customer and staff and follow-up to ensure service recovery is activated as needed
Ensures and provides flawless, upscale and professional and high class guest service experience
Establishes daily activities of team and assigns tasks and implements the appropriate staffing protocols
Oversees and affect the inpatient stay and outpatient visit of the VIPs to ensure complete confidentiality and to assure total satisfaction with the patient and guest experience at Barnes-Jewish Hospital
