Responsible for assisting the supervisor with the daily operations and services provided by the courier services, which includes planning, organizing, staffing, and directing all courier personnel and activities for BJH within the framework and programs established by the System and expectations/needs of the laboratories and other customers
Coaches personnel, and serves as a role model and resource person for staff members.
Keeps equipment clean and functional including scanners and cell phones used to support daily operations
Responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distributions of specimens or material for specific routes
Delivers all services within specific time sensitive time frames providing excellent customer service and exemplifying ICARE values
Provides data on routes and couriers to support the on-time statistics maintained by the supervisors for customers and employees evaluations
