Role Purpose

Provides financial and systems support to all Revenue Cycle areas. Responsible for coordinating and implementing all projects and perform all tasks necessary to ensure the proper function of Revenue Cycle, which may include patient accounting, charge description master, registration, collections, scheduling and electronic billing systems.


  • Coordinate and maintain security profiles and assignments, system maintenance and data audit policies and procedures and appropriate training for all levels of users

  • Develops, implements, evaluates and manages department database and spreadsheet applications. Provides recommendations on various methods of data collection.

  • Maintains reporting schedules and configures data to achieve appropriate layouts for routine and ad hoc reports and queries.

  • Maintains accurate records of problems raised, action steps taken and resolutions.

  • Provides financial information and data analysis as necessary.

Minimum Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • 2-5 years
