Role Purpose

Responsible for all physician, nursing and ancillary staff training of all computer applications. Participates in workflow design sessions to assess the learning needs of the end users. Works with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical training and orientation programs. Collaborate closely with BJC IS, PMO and operational leadership to develop and maintain training platforms that best deliver training to a diverse workforce.


  • Conducts needs assessment and develops training that is linked to specific goals and outcomes.

  • Evaluates training in order to determine training and educational programs are meeting stated goals and objectives.

  • Develops, recommends, and coordinates orientation programs.

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree

    • Information Systems/Nursing


  • 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

Preferred Requirements


  • Master's Degree

    • Information Systems/Nursing


  • 5-10 years
