Role Purpose

A Software Developer is a developer for both front and back end. Involved with the development of solutions based upon client requirements, technical specifications, and designs using current technologies. Responsible for some application architecture, design, programming, unit testing, and support on a variety of softwares. Develop ETL packages and share responsibility with Meta Data Management and Data Governance teams.


  • Works with software development team to design, build, and maintain applications using service oriented architecture principles and practices.

  • Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes.

  • Shares responsibility with Meta data management and Data governance teams.

  • Performs analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement using Microsoft tools and technology.

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • 5-10 years

Preferred Requirements


  • Master's Degree

Supervisor Experience

  • < 2 years

InformationSystem Skills

  • - 1 year or more

  • SQL - 3 years or more

  • Information Technology - 2 years or more

  • SSIS - 2 years or more
