Role Purpose

Provides the leadership, coordination and planning for the activation and occupation of a new facility through identifying, defining, organizing and facilitating required tasks, while implementing strategic goals, best practice initiatives, project management and lean methodologies. Responsible for leading problem resolution and consensus building discussions with user groups, physicians and bringing issues to the Coordinating Working Group for input where needed.


  • Leads and directs project teams through the interpretation, development and implementation stage of each design and construction project.

  • Promotes effective communication through good working relationships with project sponsors, contractors, other professionals and entity facility staff.

  • Partners with quality and performance improvement professionals in the planning, designing, and accomplishment of key projects.

  • Employs performance improvement and transformation methodology, tools and techniques in organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.

  • Manages project sub-teams and structures work to meet all commitments.

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree

    • Healthcare Admin/related


  • 2-5 years

Preferred Requirements


  • 5-10 years

Supervisor Experience

  • 2-5 years
