Role Purpose

Accurately enter data for all entities processing on the common BJC Accounts Payable computer system. Use basic data entry skills of accuracy, speed, and organization to process high volumes of data.


  • Perform all accounts payable functions for BJC Health System and related entities using accounts payable computer system.

  • Processes invoices and maintains organized records of data keyed and data to be keyed.

  • Communicates the proper materials and accounts payable processes to all customers, and resolves issues.

  • Ensures accurate and timely financial documentation and reporting.

Minimum Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • 2-5 years
