We are currently seeking an Analyst, Financial Analysis (Treasury) to join our team in Sacramento, CA .
Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each):
60% - CASH MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
Prepare, monitor and process the daily cash and cash related transactions of the Company’s bank accounts in accordance with Departmental and Companywide policies and procedures.
Input, classify and summarize daily transactions for use in cash reporting and accounting.
Prepare/release wire transfer input electronically through banks.
Daily provide timely and accurate information of the cash and debt position to Management.
Insure adherence to all Treasury SOX and Corporate Audit requirements/controls and is the lead in responding to SOX auditor data requests. Will work closely with the Treasury Manager, Director and Treasurer in this area.
Lead in responding to Treasury Audit requirements/requests. Acts as the primary Treasury resource during period-end audits.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the SunGard XE treasury workstation. Lead contact to resolve system related issues or to research additional functionality. Lead in the conversion to updated version of XE.
10% - BANKING RELATIONSHIP DUTIES:
Maintain list of bank accounts and bank signatories requiring ongoing reviews with Treasury management and various bank personnel.
Prepare the Outstanding Checks report as needed.
Administration of various cash management banking programs.
Administration of access to various bank cash management systems.
30% - ACCOUNTING DUTIES:
Focal for resolution of accounting issues related to the treasury operations area and act as the direct interface with the accounting group.
Foreign Exchange Rates – Track foreign exchange rates daily. Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
Assist the Director and Treasurer in compliance with ASC 815 hedge reporting and monitoring requirements.
Prepares all period end journal entries and coordinates with Director-Treasury review and submission to Accounting.
Responsible for tracking and reporting all interest on outstanding debt and principal payments.
Maintain XE debt and accounting modules and generate period-end accrual reports to include Letters of Credit accrual reports. Provide support to the Treasury function.
Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and 3 to 5 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA a plus. Must be detail oriented and have strong computer skills including Oracle, MS Word, Excel, as well as familiarity with banking applications.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily deadlines.
Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S. Person.

May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
