Job Description The Production Control Clerk (PCC) monitors quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations inspects all phases of a variety of services or operations for conformity to established quality and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions. The roles and responsibilities of the PCC include, but are not limited to the following:
•Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner.
•Specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished.
•Communicates deficiencies to proper person (s).
•Maintains Quality Control files.
•Documents results of all inspections.
•Compiles and records production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, quality control, and other aspects of production.
•Records production data from customer orders
•Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
•Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
•Compiles detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers
Candidates must be able to work during staggered first shift times. Possible shift times include:
Required Skills The PCC position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the field or related area.
This position is on a U.S. Government contract which will require candidates to pass a background investigation.
•Be skilled in using personal computer, phone, office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
•Have administrative detail and organizational skills to achieve accuracy goals.
•Be able to use good judgment in dealing with internal and external customers.
•Have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
•Have knowledge of business terminology, methods, and procedures; of office procedures; and of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and arithmetic.
•Be able to prepare and maintain detailed records, files, and reports; to type accurately at a speed consistent with work requirements; and to transfer stock from one location to another.
•Be able to work independently, perform as a self-starter and meet critical deadlines.
•Be able to work effectively and professionally with agency personnel.
•Be able to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
•Have attention to detail, and be thorough.

Department The Citizen Services business unit provides support in three major areas: business process services, where we perform the actual function that the process is relate to; business process related software, that helps us manage the various components, the systems associated with the software in the process; and business process management, where we help design and track the performance of the specific business process.
