Job Description The SharePoint Administrator will maintain O365 SharePoint and 2010 on premise instance. Specific duties include:
-Administer and manage SharePoint sites to include analyze and reports usage and activity, move/copy sites and sub-sites.
-Customize and design sites/pages, regular review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites.
-Regularly analyze SharePoint content and storage monitoring, SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth), managing SharePoint Apps Catalog in O365, and enforcing policies.
-Provide user support, assistance, or training in using and implementing SharePoint best practices.
-Troubleshoot, resolve or mitigate issues on SharePoint and systems and databases that support SharePoint.
-Assist in development and execution of projects and plans for implementation of Microsoft SharePoint Technologies to include but not limited to site design, user account management, BI (business intelligence), Excel/Access Services, InfoPath, content deployment and work flows.
-Participate in requirements gathering , analysis and team meetings and also develop technical guides of applications and training materials.
