Job Title: Contract Administrator DURATION: 02 Months Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Description: Responsible for managing and maintaining corporate contracts. Ability to negotiate routine contracts. Responsible for researching and analyzing existing contracts, and making recommendations on various issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be highly organized with special attention to details. Ability to draft and redline contractual clauses. Must be capable of drafting contractual instruments including but not limited to amendments, addendums, statements of work, schedules, and exhibits. Familiarity with a contract management system is preferred. Experience Level: BA or BS required; plus 3+ years of direct relevant experience.

Description: Resource will be responsible to conduct a contract portfolio analysis of the NCA portfolio of vendor contracts.
Responsibilities will include extracting predefined metadata elements (requirements, special provisions, SLA’s, terms and conditions, pricing, dates, etc.) from the vendor labor and/or software agreements into either a metadata spreadsheet.
The metadata information will then be imported into the SharePoint Contract Library.
Experience using SharePoint is required.
Experience as a SharePoint Administrator is desired but not required.
In addition to the job description please provide the following information: Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
Extract predefined metadata fields from the contract into Excel spreadsheet.
Import metadata into SharePoint list.

Proficiency in reading/interpreting contracts.
Microsoft Excel / Office Suite.

Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
