XP Solutions is seeking an Account Manager in our Portland, OR Office who will be responsible for all sales activities for assigned accounts and developing an account management plan tailored to the complexity of the customer needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing accounts and customers

  • Build sustainable relationships and network throughout multi-location accounts

  • Match customer needs and product features to create compelling value

  • Manage all phases of the sales funnel to continually meet sales goals

  • Identify and develop new accounts to build the potential customer base

  • Manage a large number of marketing leads convert them into viable opportunities

  • Use web sharing, phone and remote meeting tools to manage customer relationships

  • Work effectively with product managers and application specialists to advance opportunities

  • Cross sell multiple products and services to multiple disciplines within the same account

  • Along with marketing, identify promotion and campaign strategies to increase sales

Requirements Basic Requirements:

  • 4-year degree and 8+ years sales experience with significant commission compensation

  • 3+ years of managing sales pipeline and daily activities within a robust CRM application

  • B2B sales experience and ability to sell technical products (Software sales preferred)

  • Positive and confident attitude and the ability to quickly build trust with customers

  • Success following a structured sales process to produce consistent results

  • Equally comfortable selling over the phone or in-person

  • Demonstrated passion for sales and motivated by realistic upside commission potential

  • Distaste for wasting time and would rather make a phone call than send an email
