          Position Summary
          This is a highly responsible, supportive, and consultative work in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer software systems used in the hospital revenue setting. According to established policies and procedures, formulates or oversees the creation of logical statements of complex administrative, financial and technical problems in the hospital patient access and revenue cycle for solving same through the use of electronic data processing and programming systems. Works with user hospital departments including Admissions, Outpatient Registration, ED Registration, Patient Accounts and Ancillary Revenue Departments to identify project parameters and output requirements.

          Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

          1.BA/BS or 5+ years of experience with revenue cycle applications

          2.Certification in Epic revenue cycle applications or ability to obtain such within 6 months of employment.


          1. 3+ years of experience in healthcare preferred, particularly in the hospital setting.

          4.Knowledge of principles, skills and techniques utilized in to accomplish departmental objectives through computer applications.
