Cardno is seeking an Assistant Technical Editor in our Petaluma, CA office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Editing and proofreading

  • Data entry and tabulation

  • Word processing and formatting

  • Document preparation and production

  • Other Administrative duties as deemed necessary

Requirements Basic qualifications:

  • Four-year degree, preferably English, Writing, or similar degree

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Computer and technology savvy

  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision; however, also be able to work in team environment

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities

  • Highly organized and flexible with great attention to detail

  • Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.
