Dixon Plant Manager / General Manager in Pennsylvania

The Plant Manager will oversee a foundry operation while supporting the purchasing, sales and engineering functions. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day activities and work performance of approximately 5 direct reports and 12-15 indirect reports, representing 225 production employees; assessing staffing and inventory levels; monitoring flow of materials through the foundry process and making recommendations for process improvements. Will also provide on-the-job training for foundry employees in all areas of their job duties.
