Currently seeking an experienced Tile Setter. Candidates with experience installing Mincey Shower Panels are preferred.

Job Description Summary

  • Work in one or multiple work areas along an assembly line building pre-fabricated bathrooms, depending on your skill and training level

  • These work areas include tasks such as wall and floor tiling

  • Troubleshoot problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on the level of complexity

  • Exhibit teamwork skills

  • Notifies supervisor of any product standards concerns

  • Follow defined procedures and practices in our 12-step production line process and offer suggestions for improvement

  • Willing to contribute and work productively as part of a team

  • Must work safely at all times and follow company safety standards

  • Complete quality paperwork as required

  • Notifies supervisor of any quality concerns

  • Maintains clean work area

  • Complies with all health and safety guidelines

  • Work in tight working area in an assembly line building pre-fabricated bathrooms, depending on your skill and training level


  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a company environment, preferably manufacturing or construction is a plus

  • Minimum 5 years of professional commercial tile experience required

  • Experience laying down tile with epoxy resin type glue and combination with grout filling

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in home improvement/renovation/construction

  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand and power tools

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Able to work overtime as required

  • No Subcontractors please

Physical Environment

  • This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, stretching, use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, pull and lift items

  • Lifting requirements are generally up to 40 pounds

  • Environmental conditions involve hot and cold climates indoor /outdoor

  • Job responsibilities involve occasional use of cleaning chemicals
