As a member of the Marketing team at Directive, you will be given the opportunity to work with a number of global clients in a multitude of marketing mediums. The ideal candidate must be client-service focused; have a keen eye for detail; be flexible while having the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment both independently and as a team. This position requires strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi task. The Marketing Associate assists the marketing team in daily marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Learn target customers by researching current trends in the market and study the strategies of others.

  • Plan, manage and track marketing campaigns for clients.

  • Develop marketing materials such as letters, emails, presentations and marketing plans.

  • Brainstorming new marketing approaches.

  • Analyze campaign results; prepare reports on performance analysis, and offer recommendations regarding concurrent programs.

  • Create promotional materials featuring the services of our clients and Directive.

  • Organize promotional events for our clients including fulfillment of marketing materials as needed.

  • Proof all outgoing client content for spelling, grammatical errors, and layout issues.

  • Develop social media content, manage social media sites with regular posts.

  • Coordinate with team members to meet monthly deadlines.

  • Communicate and manage clients needs and expectations.

  • Communicating with others via email or telephone.

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required to attend industry events and or meeting with clients

  • Basic HTML knowledge helpful but not required
