Position Summary ADP is hiring a Technical and Application Management Specialist II. This specialist coordinates and facilitates all the tasks and processes involved in managing the four phases of the computer lifecycle. This includes acquisition, deployment, management/support, and retirement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead daily status meetings to ensure all work is progressing to meet deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals * Track various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved * Manage escalated issues and provide direction to resolution and root cause analysis * Manage PC Depot computers staged across multiple sites to support the PC eXpress break/fix strategy * Receive and resolve requests through ticketing tools, Skype, or emails * Support the deployment and return of Depot assets through the asset's lifecycle * Support the requesting of Depot assets via the eProv Hardware process * Interface with development teams and infrastructure teams for continuous process improvement and issue resolution * Develop, evaluate, document and Implement process improvements and workflows to support business needs * Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units * Collaborate with End User Computing team to streamline and improve Depot build and deployment processes * Train Technology and Application Support Management Specialists on Depot processes and procedures * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * Education: AS/BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience * Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions * Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations * Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner * Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve problems and document/explain solution to associates * Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions * Experience with driving projects and initiatives towards completion * Detail oriented/High degree of accuracy * Must have good understanding of current PC based technologies, Microsoft OS, MAC OS, networking essentials, and supported applications * Demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint to review and create required documentation project plans, analysis, and presentations as needed * Proficient using SQL and use of server tools to query multiple data sources and compile management reports * Understanding of scripting and data automation tools * Understanding of ITIL service management practices * Understanding of ADP business units and roles #LITECH #cb#
